Job summary

SupportFinity™ in Hawaii is seeking a People & Culture Manager focused on Learning & Development. This role includes designing training programs, enhancing leadership capabilities, and strengthening service culture in the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with preferred experience in hospitality operations. The role plays a critical part in developing future leaders and ensuring colleague engagement through effective training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in training, learning and development or hospitality roles preferred.
• Experience facilitating training sessions, onboarding programs, or team development initiatives.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for all departments.
• Lead new colleague orientation programs.
• Facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors and managers.
