The Westin Indianapolis International Airport Hotel seeks a Director of People & Culture to champion talent, engagement, and associate development while aligning with hotel goals.

This role oversees payroll, benefits, and HR programs, partnering with the Executive team to create a high-performing, compliant workplace and to support staffing, retention, and development across the property.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of associates.
• Manage payroll, benefits elections, and retirement plans.
• Investigate employee relations issues and conduct thorough reviews.
• Develop and implement HR programs, succession plans, and budget.
• Partner with leadership to meet staffing and retention goals.
