Job summary

The Westin Indianapolis Airport, managed by Wischermann Partners, seeks a General Manager to lead the property and act as the strategic business leader. You will drive service excellence, align with corporate strategy, and maximize financial performance.

You will build and coach the management team, oversee sales and marketing in revenue areas, manage budgets, and ensure guest satisfaction through high standards of operations and brand alignment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality operation.
• Extensive Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple demands with composure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the management team as needed.
• Ensure sales and marketing strategies are developed and executed in all revenue-producing areas.
• Drive customer relationships through personal involvement in the sales process.
• Oversee occupancy, RevPAR and market share growth to improve financial performance.
• Manage annual budgets, operating plans and business plans.
• Maintain guest experience aligned with brand standards.
