Job summary

VEIR is seeking a People & Culture Manager to own and evolve the employee experience across onboarding, coaching, engagement, and internal communications. You’ll partner with leaders, shape programs, and scale people practices as the company grows.

You’ll lead initiatives that strengthen VEIR’s culture, develop managers, and build scalable processes. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the full employee experience: onboarding, coaching, employee relations, learning and development, culture, engagement, and internal communications.
• Coach staff, facilitate workshops, improve programs, and build new initiatives from the ground up.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve how the company scales and operates as it grows.
• Use employee feedback and data to refine practices and measure impact.
