Job summary

Verisoul is seeking an experienced VP of People to own all people systems, recruiting, performance, onboarding, and culture from the CEO to the board. You will design salary bands, equity guidelines, and ensure employees understand growth paths while scaling rapidly.

You will partner with the CEO, board, and leaders to craft hiring strategy, workforce planning, and performance programs that align with Verisoul's SOUL values and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years across talent, recruiting, and people operations at high-growth companies.
• Experience building and running end-to-end hiring processes and salary structures.
• Experience setting up or rebuilding compensation, leveling, and performance programs.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting end to end and build a talent-dense organization.
• Design scorecards, interview loops, and a clear path from first conversation to offer.
• Plan workforce and headcount with the CEO to ensure proactive hiring.
• Build salary bands, equity guidelines, and performance reviews.
• Own culture work to attract and retain top talent and align with SOUL values.
• Coach managers on interviewing, 1:1s, feedback, and difficult conversations.
