VEIR is seeking a People & Culture Manager to shape the employee experience at its Woburn, MA headquarters. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to lead onboarding, performance management, coaching, and internal communications. The role offers ownership, scalability, and opportunities to evolve with the company.

You will build programs, measure outcomes, and drive culture across VEIR as it grows, with a focus on impact, collaboration, and employee development.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in People & Culture, HR, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Proven ability to design and lead scalable programs in high-growth environments.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across VEIR.
• Design, launch, and improve People programs (onboarding, performance, engagement, internal communications).
• Partner cross-functionally to simplify and scale People processes.
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings to develop leadership and teams.
