• Experience handling recruitment, candidate sourcing, and onboarding within a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct full-lifecycle recruitment efforts, onboarding optimization for full-time, contract, and global team members.
• Lead end-to-end internship program management including recruitment and onboarding.
• Facilitate HR administrative tasks, reporting, data management, and policy updates.
• Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce competencies.
• Design and deliver engagement initiatives to foster a strong remote culture.
