Job summary

Impact Funeral Partners is seeking an HR Manager, People & Culture to own payroll, compliance, and people systems across multiple states. You will build leadership, onboarding, and integration processes to scale our team while preserving our culture.

The role focuses on multi-state payroll, policy governance, and change management during growth and acquisitions, reporting to the leadership team to enable strategic people decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running multi-state payroll and employment compliance.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or rapid multi-location growth.
• Strong track record developing leaders and building hiring/onboarding systems.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and care handling sensitive people matters.
• Leads by example and champions company culture in a fast-moving environment.
