Job summary

Impact Funeral Partners in Lehi, Utah is seeking a People & Culture leader to own multi-state payroll, compliance, onboarding, and HRIS systems while guiding growth. You’ll partner with finance on reconciliations and with leadership on integration during acquisitions.

This role develops leaders, protects culture, builds scalable hiring and onboarding processes, and leads change management across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-state payroll and compliance.
• Experience supporting M&A integration or rapid multi-location growth.
• Track record of developing leaders and building hiring/onboarding systems.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and care in handling sensitive people matters.
• Leads by example and embraces the company culture.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll & benefits administration across states and locations.
• Ensure employment compliance federal, state, and local laws.
• Lead people integration for acquisitions and change management.
