Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC in Lehi, Utah, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management across Lehi, Salt Lake City, and St. George offices.

You will partner with leaders and employees, manage benefits and payroll-related questions, maintain HR records and HRIS, assist with LMS training, and guide policies and best practices in a confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders and employees to support a positive workplace culture.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and assist employees with HR-related questions.
• Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing payroll data, updating employee pay and deductions, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve payroll-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update HR records, HRIS systems, and personnel files.
• Assist in performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training.
• Assist in administering the Learning Management System (LMS), including coordinating course assignments, tracking training completion, and supporting employees in accessing learning resources.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and company events.
• Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
