Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching supervisors, guiding labor relations, and driving culture initiatives to ensure an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Strong HR policy expertise and training experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience delivering comprehensive HR services.
• 3+ years managing people.
• 3 years facilitating organizational culture change.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement training programs and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
