You will contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and organizational development while fostering an inclusive employee experience. This role emphasizes strong relationships and trusted HR support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, ATS.
• Experience supporting HR functions including employee relations, compensation planning, performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employees, guiding HR topics and handling employee relations.
• Partner with hiring managers to onboard new hires and conduct check-ins.
• Support talent acquisition by coordinating approvals and onboarding.
• Assist with compensation processes, merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to communicate offerings and support performance processes.
