Pattern Energy, a leading renewable energy company, seeks a People Services Desk Representative to enhance the employee experience. You will be the first point of contact for employees, assisting with questions, requests, and lifecycle events, while partnering with HR functions to resolve issues and maintain data accuracy.

You will support onboarding, background checks, and I-9 verification, deliver engaging orientations, and contribute to process improvements across the People & Culture team.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and explain information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to perform high-volume, process-driven work accurately and efficiently while meeting service metrics.
• Self-starter mindset with curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to research issues and identify practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders, delivering timely, customer-focused support.
• Answer questions, resolve requests, and connect employees with the right resources.
• Respond to inquiries through multiple channels while meeting SLAs for response and resolution times.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and process transactions with confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks and I-9 verification.
• Deliver and support new employee orientation sessions with clear presentations.
• Create SOPs, knowledge articles, and self-service resources to support delivery.
• Generate and analyze basic operational reports to support team performance.
