Job summary

Clear Creek Memory Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to serve as a point person for HR, lead the GPTW program, process payroll, manage employee training and benefits, and support hiring and onboarding. The role includes maintaining personnel records and handling special HR projects with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in HR-related capacity, payroll experience, and an associates degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in related capacity.
• Payroll experience is required.
• Associates degree or combination of educational classes is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Recruitment Process: posts open positions, screens and interviews, responds within 24 hours, schedules interviews.
• Prepares and submits community payroll; benefits enrollment; reviews missed punches; final pay for exiting employees.
• Leads GPTW program and Employee Recognition/Wellness initiatives; coordinates training and onboarding across the community.
• Maintains and updates Personnel Files; coordinates New Hire Documentation; oversees training and policy updates; assists with investigations.
• Manages Workers' Comp processes; reports injuries; OSHA log updates; annual summaries.
