Job summary

Discover Puerto Rico is seeking a People & Culture Generalist to partner with our Senior Director on onboarding, payroll, employee records and HR administration. The ideal candidate handles confidential matters with tact and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-generational environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years HR experience, ADP payroll proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish. Primarily on-site in San Juan with occasional remote work and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Hands-on ADP payroll experience and confidentiality.
• Experience using AI platforms or tools in work setting.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Director on day-to-day HR operations and sensitive matters.
• Serve as first contact for employee HR questions and policy guidance.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and policy administration.
• Support recruitment: postings, pre-screening, interview prep.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Manage employee records; ensure compliance with PR and federal laws.
• Process payroll via ADP and generate HR/payroll reports.
