Job summary

Cabka Group is seeking an HR Generalist based in St. Louis area to manage onboarding, records, payroll coordination, and employee support. You’ll partner with Finance and across teams to ensure accurate HR data and smooth processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field and strong English communication. Expect a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities to improve digital HR tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Initial experience in a similar HR role, ideally with payroll exposure.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, role changes, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and records; support HR systems administration.
• Support payroll processes with the Finance Team ensuring data accuracy.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and advise on HR matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including screening, interviews and offers.
• Support the annual compensation and performance review process.
