Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
5–10 years of HR experience, multi-state preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Handles full-scope HR services including payroll, benefits, onboarding and offboarding.
Acts as client-facing HR liaison; addresses complex HR matters.
Ensures compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
Oversees onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
Manages benefits enrollment, renewal, and leave administration.
Supports client payrolls and payroll-related inquiries.
Maintains accurate HR records and documentation.
Coordinates with HRIS and payroll providers; resolves issues.
