Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for clients; handle payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and policies; manage client onboarding and transitions.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and HR best practices; support open enrollment and leave management.
