Aufgaben

• Coordinate health, life and disability insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers concerning routine administration
• Reconcile/validate data entry to ensure data integrity and support routine reporting requests
• Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in the system
• Assist in recruitment process by coordinating job postings and interviews
• Maintain listing of approved positions along with salary grade levels
• Support training initiatives and company-sponsored employee events
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
• Design and manage recruitment and selection process (resume screening, screening calls, interviews)
• Maintain candidate pools and engage for current or future opportunities
• Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and environment
• Handle full cycle recruitment, medium to high volume
• Generate reports and maintain tracking databases
• Assist in creating and distributing HR documents
• Maintain HR files and data systems
• Schedule interviews and assist in onboarding
• Assist with file audits and documentation
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports
• HR liaison between workers, managers and executives
• Oversee employee safety, wellness and policy development and handbooks
• Develop compensation and benefits systems aligned with HR responsibilities
• Propose improvements to department structure and processes
• Coordinate orientation for new hires and org changes
• Support company-wide onboarding and training programs
• Research market competition to guide role development and restructures
• Establish procedures and align department structure for candidates and hires
• Demonstrate leadership to shape company culture standards
• Administer disciplinary actions and maintain related forms
• Develop and implement cost-saving hiring procedures
• Ensure proper documentation for all HR processes
• Assist with outreach to raise company and candidate awareness
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years HR experience or equivalent
