Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• At least one year of HR experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or HRCI aPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified applicants for open positions.
• Run new-hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave; manage disciplinary matters and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Oversee performance-review processes and provide guidance to leadership.
• Support payroll, benefits claims, and open-enrollment activities.
• Align training with safety and professional development needs.
