Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or nearing completion.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Working knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, prioritization, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies.
• Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and evaluate recruiting strategies and sources to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and assist in training new employees; ensure compliant personnel records.
• Serve as primary resource for employee relations and advise managers on policy application.
