Lifepoint Health's Longview Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a People Services Director to lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive engagement, retention, and a high-performing culture across 200+ staff.

You will oversee labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and employment laws. This is a Full-Time, exempt role in Texas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field required.
• SPHR/PHR/SHRM certifications preferred.
• Three years of HR experience required.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred (two years).
• Behavioral health experience preferred; de-escalation certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior HR leader for the hospital and strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership.
• Partner with organizational leaders to align workforce strategies with goals.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee labor relations activities including collective bargaining agreements and union partnerships.
• Lead union negotiations, grievance management, and employee relations matters.
• Provide coaching on performance management, investigations, and corrective action.
• Direct recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and healthcare regulations.
• Manage HR audits, reporting, leaves, accommodations, and policy administration.
• Analyze workforce data to identify opportunities for engagement and efficiency.
