Dentologie dental group in Chicago seeks an experienced Human Resource Director to drive engagement, define strategy, and ensure the right talent across clinics. You will advise leaders, manage HRIS, compensation, benefits, and onboarding while upholding a strong, inclusive culture.

You will be based in Chicago with 60-70% weekly clinic presence and periodic travel to Seattle; reporting to the CEO, you’ll shape workforce initiatives and policy administration across the organization.

Formación

• 7+ years of HR leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with large, nonexempt workforces.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day HR support and policy administration for clinics in Chicago and Seattle.
• Own performance and talent management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Refine compensation and benefits programs to align with business goals.
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive culture.
