Job summary

You will serve as a trusted advisor on HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, onboarding, and performance management, partnering with leadership to scale policies and processes that

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience managing multiple HR functions and large nonexempt workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across markets and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in medical/dental field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, and compensation.
• Own the performance management cycle and talent management processes.
• Advise leadership from CEO to clinical leads and align HR with business goals.
• Manage onboarding, leave of absence, workers’ compensation, and HR documentation.
• Partner with payroll/benefits on benefits open enrollment and system changes.
• Foster Dentologie culture and scale policies across new locations.
