Job summary

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations for a growing multi-state dental organization. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and policy development in partnership with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and multi-state HR compliance.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience recruiting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong employee relations and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies related to staffing, recruiting, retention, and organizational growth.
• Oversee the recruitment team and talent acquisition process.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, workers' compensation, and PTO.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, training programs, and initiatives.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to analyze workforce data, track metrics, and identify trends.
• Oversee corporate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Manage relationships with third-party benefits providers.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the HR department.
• Recruit for key roles as needed
