Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator / Jr. Talent Partner in Orlando to handle payroll processing in Workday, benefits administration, onboarding, and comprehensive recruitment. You will manage HRIS records, support employee relations, and lead sourcing and interviewing across multiple locations.

A strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential. You’ll collaborate with branch managers to hit hiring targets while maintaining a positive candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years in human resources, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting in skilled trades/field service is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS (Workday or iSolved).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong advantage.
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain records in Workday.
• Administer employee benefits and support onboarding activities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations; build candidate pipelines.
• Screen and interview candidates; partner with branch managers to meet hiring goals.
• Support compliance tasks like background checks and employment verifications.
