Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator / Jr. Talent Partner in Orlando, FL to handle payroll, benefits, onboarding, and lead full-cycle recruiting across locations.

You should have 2+ years in HR or recruiting, experience with high-volume sourcing, and familiarity with Workday or iSolved. A Bachelor's in HR/Business is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Join a fast-growing team with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in human resources or recruiting.
• High-volume recruiting experience in skilled trades or field service is a plus.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday or iSolved preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP certification a plus and bilingual English/Spanish an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll bi-weekly and maintain HR records in Workday.
• Administer employee benefits and support onboarding activities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across locations and build candidate pipelines.
• Manage employee inquiries with strong customer service and assist with employee relations.
