Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft & SmartSheet etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and assist with disciplinary actions and PIP counseling.
• Identify employment-related risks with managers and begin investigations and grievances.
