Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North is seeking an organized HR & Culture Coordinator to manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration for a team of about 75 staff. The role reports to the Owner-Operator and offers full-time employment with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and initiative. Prior HR experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• HR coursework in organizational behavior or employment law is desirable.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruiting activities and onboarding processes, including postings, screening, interviews, and communications.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data in systems.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping using established procedures.
