• Extends offers of employment, arranges background checks, drug screens and physicals.
• Conducts new hire orientation and assists with HR compliance programs.
• Maintains all Human Resources related records and ensures confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensures legal compliance with federal and state regulations applicable to HR areas such as Title VII, IRCA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, OSHA.
• Monitors workers' compensation and OSHA compliance programs.
• Completes Affirmative Action Plan and HR records maintenance.
