Job summary

Polston Tax Resolution & Accounting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who values people connection, meticulous detail, and strong time management in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. The role partners with hiring managers to attract, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates, while maintaining candidate relationships and managing postings via ATS.

You will coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and ensure documentation accuracy, helping the firm grow its team of tax

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Recruiting or HR support experience, including resume review and candidate screening.
• Interview coordination and scheduling experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with ATS platforms and virtual interview tools.
• Knowledge of basic recruiting and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and post job openings; create appealing job descriptions and screening questions.
• Manage and maintain job postings; oversee vendor relationships to support sourcing.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide timely updates on status.
• Coordinate reference checks and verify employment history.
• Maintain and update candidate documentation in the ATS.
