Releady is seeking a proactive People Business Partner Generalist to serve as the operational and strategic engine for the global PBP team. You will act as the sole Generalist for 25 PBPs, partnering with business leaders and COEs to deliver data, reporting, and talent-cycle support in a fast-paced tech environment.

This client-facing HR role emphasizes turning complex data into executive-ready insights, managing program timelines, and coordinating high-impact organizational changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR-related roles (HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner).
• Proven client-facing experience working directly with managers and business leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office, with strong Sheets/Excel skills (formulas, data modeling, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables).
• High proficiency in Workday (custom reports, org charts, and transactional processes).
• Strong familiarity with data visualization tools and ticketing/case management platforms (Looker Studio, ServiceNow).
• Ability to build project workback plans and align cross-functional timelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex HR data into clear, executive-ready visuals and set up repeatable reporting workflows (e.g., ServiceNow reporting).
• Pull ad-hoc data and demographic cuts for executive leadership (exit data, attrition, span of control, location lists).
• Act as main operational partner for data requests, auditing and validating COE reports before leadership review.
• Pull, clean, and format Workday headcount, job profile, and reporting structures to support career ladder projects and regional tracking.
• Manage population and compliance analyses for cross-functional initiatives (RTO tracking).
• Build onboarding decks and analytics packages for new executives.
• Manage people movement lists in Workday and support complex reorganizations with People Operations.
• Design, update, and maintain org charts to support re-orgs and strategic planning.
• Build and audit distribution lists for change management and internal comms cascades.
• Lead workback plans and comms for Annual Rewards, Performance calibrations, engagement surveys, Promotions, and Mid-Year reviews.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and coordinate content for leadership offsites.
