Power Design, Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner based at our St. Petersburg, FL headquarters. You will guide employee relations, performance management, and retention for a national design-build contractor, handling investigations and disciplinary actions with fairness and discretion.

You'll coach managers, address conflicts, and partner with HR teams to ensure legal compliance and an excellent employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SPHR or PHR certification highly preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience as HRBP, HR Generalist, Employee Relations Specialist, or similar.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts fairly with independent judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.

As a trusted, hands-on resource for team members and leaders, you’ll guide employee relations, performance management, and retention efforts across a national, vertically integrated design-build contractor.In this role, you’ll resolve workplace concerns with fairness and discretion, coach managers through challenging conversations, and turn employee feedback into insights that strengthen engagement.
