Power Design, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Campus Services Specialist to maintain a pristine, functional corporate campus. You will perform daily janitorial tasks, support events, and manage workspace upkeep to meet Class A standards.

Join a high-performing facilities team, coordinate with management, and assist with various campus projects. Some evenings or weekends may be required to support a busy, around-the-clock campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations support is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly and professional.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends for a busy campus.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and setting up furniture and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas; sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Stock restrooms and breakrooms; maintain cleanliness of exterior/building surfaces.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or cleanliness issues.
• Support event setup and breakdown; place furniture and signage as needed.
• Coordinate access and updates with vendors; act as onsite contact during service visits.
• Manage incoming work orders and employee requests in Jira Service Management.
• Assist with campus projects and urgent requests as assigned.

About the PositionPower Design has an exciting opportunity for a Campus Services Specialist to join the organization at our headquarters in St. Petersburg. In this role, you’ll support the cleanliness, function, and presentation of our state-of-the-art corporate campus. This includes hands-on janitorial tasks, event support, and workspace maintenance. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that keeps the campus running smoothly and ensures that all spaces, from restrooms to executive event spaces, meet our Class A office standards.
