Four Seasons Resorts Lanai is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support our resort team on Lanai. This role focuses on enhancing the employee experience, onboarding, communications, and culture initiatives within a luxury hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates will have legal US work authorization, a Hawaii driver’s license, and strong communication with keen attention to detail to sustain outstanding guest service through engaged teammates.

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including background checks, employment documentation, Workday transactions, and new hire processing

PEOPLE & CULTURE COORDINATOR

The Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

What You’ll Do

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
• Hawaii Driver’s License is required for this role to be able to drive between resort locations.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy skills, with proficiency in computer systems and technology required to support daily operations.
