Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a Landscape Worker 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. You will apply knowledge of groundskeeping, operate heavy machinery, and help maintain resort grounds with focus on quality and safety.

The role requires legal U.S. work authorization, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work flexible hours including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep with focus on quality and safety.
• Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and activities.
• Direct assigned team members, transport employees to job sites when required, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and caring for property, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Landscape Worker 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of resort grounds with a focus on quality and safety
• Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as needed
• Support daily operations by directing assigned team members, transporting employees to and from job sites when required, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standards
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and exercising proper care of company property, equipment, and facilities
• Performs lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions
• Hawaii Driver's License/Drivers Abstract required
