Job summary

Barry-Wehmill er is seeking a People Team Analyst to be the analytical backbone for talent, organizational design, recruiting, People Analytics, and strategic workforce planning. You will translate strategic questions into rigorous data-driven answers and support the CHRO’s planning with clear insights.

The role partners with leaders across People functions, designing analyses and communicating findings with plain language and visuals to inform enterprise decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytically rigorous field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or research.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in AI tools to enable workflows.
• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially Workday, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across People functions to define analytical needs and core business questions.
• Design and conduct analyses using Excel and Power BI to address workforce and organizational questions.
• Support CHRO’s annual strategic planning by analyzing and synthesizing data into insights.
• Translate analytical findings into plain-language narratives and visuals.
• Advise stakeholders on what conclusions data can support and its limits.
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and preprocessing HRIS data.
• Maintain dashboards and metrics for workforce indicators across People responsibilities.
