Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst to bridge HR data, HR technology, and business decisions. The role focuses on turning people data into insights via dashboards, reporting, analysis, and data visualization, with strong Workday knowledge.

You will partner with HR leaders and COEs to translate questions into actionable analytics, develop executive-ready visuals, and ensure data governance and quality across HR reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM data, processes, and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Power BI or Tableau dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders.
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, and workforce demographics.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports for business leaders.
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk/opportunity identification.
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story.
