Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is a leading public sector solutions firm seeking a People Analytics & HRIS Analyst. The role focuses on turning HR data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and data visualization, with strong Workday knowledge.

You will partner with HR leaders to translate questions into analytics and support workforce decisions. Design and maintain HR dashboards, perform trend analyses, and deliver executive-ready visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in people analytics
• Workday knowledge including Discovery Boards & Prism Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI or Tableau dashboards
• Proven experience implementing/operating Workday HRIS
• Workday configuration experience and UAT
• Strong consulting, written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leaders
• Analyze trends in headcount, turnover, retention, hiring, compensation and more
• Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reporting for leadership
• Move reporting toward predictive insights and risk/opportunity spotting
• Create executive-ready data visualizations and tell the data story
• Standardize definitions and calculations across HR reporting
• Meet with leaders to translate questions into analytics solutions
• Educate HR partners on how to interpret data
