The People Analytics & HRIS Analyst serves as the bridge between HR data, HR technology, and business decision-making. This role is responsible for transforming people data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reporting, analysis, and data visualization, while maintaining a strong working knowledge of the organization's HRIS, particularly Workday. The role partners with HR leaders, HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to understand the questions they need answered and translates those needs into actionable reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support workforce and people decisions.
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
