You will partner with HRIS, IT, Legal, Security, and Finance to deliver data‑driven insights, governance, and scalable processes across a growing SaaS business.

6+ years in HRIS/People Systems with Workday analytics expertise, plus certification preferences, strong communication, and a track record of cross‑functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in HRIS/People Systems with Workday analytics experience.
• Experience delivering Workday enhancements and cross‑functional rollouts.
• Strong analytics to build dashboards and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Analytics and Workday roadmap end‑to‑end.
• Design, maintain and enhance Fabric dashboards for planning and reporting.
• Partner with HRBPs, Recruiting, Finance, HRIS, IT and Legal to ensure compliance.
