Reflection is seeking a People Systems Senior Analyst to lead the Workday rollout as our global HRIS, partnering with People, Finance, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders to design scalable processes and robust data reporting.

You will own ongoing Workday administration, configuration, and optimization, while driving cross-functional improvements across our People technology ecosystem. This hands-on role blends systems expertise with strategic thinking to support Reflection's growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Workday.
• Hands-on Workday administration, including Core HCM.
• Experience leading or contributing to a Workday implementation.
• Strong Workday reporting, security, and data access expertise.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday implementation from design through go-live and stabilization.
• Own ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday as the global HRIS.
• Design scalable People processes, workflows, approvals, and automations across the employee lifecycle.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize new Workday functionality and modules as the business grows.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for People, Finance, and leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting, and integrations across the People tech ecosystem.
• Maintain system documentation, governance, security, and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and improve the employee and People team experience.
• Help define and execute long-term People systems roadmap as Reflection scales globally.
