Barry-Wehmiller Companies Inc. seeks a People Team Analyst to support Talent, Organizational Design, Recruiting, People Analytics, and Strategic Workforce Planning.

You will translate strategic questions into data-driven analyses using Excel and Power BI and contribute to the CHRO’s annual strategic plan with rigorous insights. The role collaborates with People leaders to define questions, design analyses, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytically rigorous field.
• 2+ years in a data analysis or research role; internship or academic research counts.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; basic familiarity with AI tools and Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People leaders to identify analytical needs and core questions.
• Design analyses using Excel and Power BI to address talent and org questions.
• Support CHRO planning by compiling and synthesizing people data into insights.
• Translate findings into plain-language narratives and clear visuals.
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and preprocessing HRIS data; maintain dashboards.
