Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics.
• Proven ability to build analytical products such as dashboards, reporting tools, and data solutions that stakeholders trust and actively use.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their application to workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to shape and execute a strategic People Analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Translate stakeholder needs into analytical products including dashboards, self‑serve reporting tools, and workforce planning models.
• Deliver insights through compelling data narratives tailored for both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources to surface actionable insights that drive people team initiatives and business decisions.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Systems teams to resolve data quality gaps and maintain robust data governance within the data ecosystem.
• Balance strategic initiatives with responsive stakeholder support, managing competing priorities effectively.
• Stay current on industry best practices, trends, and emerging tools in people analytics.
