Gong is seeking a People Analytics Manager to empower its Leadership Team with data-driven insights. You will transform workforce data into clear narratives, build analytical products, and help scale AI-enabled analytics while shaping privacy-conscious practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics.
• Proven ability to build analytical products such as dashboards and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, CultureAmp, Greenhouse, or LMS platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate data insights across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts in workforce analytics and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to shape and execute a strategic People Analytics roadmap.
• Translate needs into dashboards, self-serve reporting tools, and workforce planning models.
• Deliver insights through data narratives for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to surface actionable insights for People initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Systems teams to ensure data quality and governance.
• Balance strategic initiatives with stakeholder support and prioritization.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging tools in people analytics.
