Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven HR Analytics professional to conduct analyses, build dashboards, and present insights to HR colleagues and firm leadership. You will support employee listening programs and research initiatives, using quantitative and qualitative methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of progressive experience in HR analytics or related field.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services organization preferred
  • Knowledge of People Analytics concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience designing, administering, analyzing, or interpreting employee surveys or other organizational research strongly preferred
  • Ability to frame workforce questions and apply appropriate quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Ability to synthesize data and feedback and translate it into actionable insights and decisions
  • Knowledge of HRIS, reporting, visualization, and survey platforms and their capabilities
  • Comfortable using AI tools and applying them to People Analytics products and experiences
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across departments and levels
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information with judgment and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, administration, and improvement of employee listening programs, including engagement, pulse, lifecycle, and ad hoc surveys
  • Conduct employee research using quantitative and qualitative methods, including focus groups and interviews
  • Analyze and synthesize employee feedback to identify trends, priorities, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate on workforce modeling, headcount planning, and talent pipeline analytics
  • Analyze the effectiveness and impact of global HR projects, programs, and policy changes
  • Manage and improve the use of Qualtrics and Workday Peakon, including configuration, administration, reporting, and platform adoption
  • Support the design, maintenance, and adoption of Workday Reporting
  • Partner with HRIS and IT to maintain accurate, secure, and well-governed HR and People data
  • Stay current on People Analytics and employee listening practices and strengthen analytical capabilities
