Qualifications

  • Fields: business, economics, finance, statistics, math, accounting, social science, or HR.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Ability to work in teams and meet deadlines.
  • GPA minimum of 3.0.
  • US work authorization; CPT/OPT restrictions apply; no sponsorship.

  • Analyze clients' strategic, financial, and organizational information to develop career strategies and solutions
  • Perform financial analyses of industry sectors and client peer groups
  • Collaborate with project teams to structure analyses and present information effectively
  • Prepare client presentations for boards of directors, senior executives, and HR leaders
