Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks an HR Analytics specialist to turn raw HR data into trusted reporting and scalable analytics products. You’ll build BI tooling, improve source-data quality across systems, and partner with LLM interfaces to deliver actionable insights for HRBPs, recruiters, and executives.

This remote role is based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Toronto, ON and welcomes applicants at various experience levels; offers will align with the interview level.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL skills and familiarity with HRIS/ATS data structures.
• Proven Tableau experience with intuitive dashboards used by stakeholders.
• Interest in building data products with BI, AI interfaces, and lightweight web pages.
