We’re looking for a HR Program Manager, People Programs – Contractor to bring structure, momentum, and operational rigor to key People initiatives across promotions, performance and merit, and employee survey execution. This role is focused on helping high‑impact, cyclical work run smoothly. You will turn priorities into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, track progress against deadlines, and help ensure details do not fall through the cracks. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, calm in ambiguity, and energized by building order in a fast‑moving environment. You should be comfortable coordinating across teams, surfacing risks early, and helping leaders move from ideas to execution.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON.

• A builder of project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.
