Job summary

Jobtailor in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced HR analytics leader to shape the enterprise HR data infrastructure, define a scalable, AI-enabled architecture, and create a single source of truth across systems.

You will develop and maintain data quality, governance, and metric definitions, and lead improvements across platforms while delivering executive dashboards with real-time workforce insights for CHRO and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, HR data analysis, or people analytics with demonstrated impact on business decisions.
• Advanced expertise in Workday reporting (including calculated fields, Prism, Discovery Boards) and HRIS data structures.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, One Model dashboards) and building scalable reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, and offboarding).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support and shape the vision and evolution of enterprise HR data infrastructure.
• Define and execute a scalable, AI-enabled HR data architecture.
• Consolidate and standardize HR data to establish a single source of truth across systems.
• Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and metric definition frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement of HR data systems, reporting structures, and analytic capabilities across platforms.
• Compile and synthesize HR data and metrics to deliver insights to the CHRO and executive stakeholders.
• Design and deliver executive dashboards and reports that provide real‑time visibility into workforce metrics.
• Move beyond descriptive reporting to predictive analytics.
• Drive actionable insights that optimize HR processes and improve business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR infrastructure and processes through data analysis, automation, and AI-driven insights.
• Lead and enhance One Model platform capabilities.
• Partner with Workday and One Model vendors for data analysis improvements.
• Build and enable HR self-service analytics capabilities.
• Support People Innovations, Analytics and Governance processes as needed
